The past few months have been fascinating as we travelled to Hong Kong on a meaningful community health initiative to support the Hongqiao Cerebro-Cardiovascular (C2) Health Guardian Programme, proudly led by City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK).

Group photo with CityU, COCHE, Hongqiao, Yan Chai Hospital and district health and community partners.
This collaboration marks an exciting milestone in extending our population-health efforts beyond Singapore. Together, we are driving early detection, empowering community health management and strengthening public health research through robust, evidence-based data.
This initiative focuses on innovative technologies for predicting, preventing, and enabling early intervention in cerebro-cardiovascular diseases. We proudly support this community-based initiative by providing the PreciSᵀᴹ-C Cholesterol Monitoring System for cholesterol management and the PreciSᵀᴹ-A HbA1c Rapid Analysis System for diabetes management.

The programme will bring community screening and health services to 5,000 families living in light public and transitional housing – a powerful step toward improving access and reducing health inequities.
We are truly excited to continue this partnership with CityU Hong Kong. Thank you for the opportunity to work together to create meaningful impact, with exciting progress still to come!
